Eva's Farm

Eva has been practising regenerative farming since 2020 and was also last year’s grantee. She hopes to continue promoting regenerative farming to the public and other farmers with her obvious improvements in crop and soil quality, and hopes that everyone can eat healthier. From initial soil test performed following the Soil Health Institute protocols, the soil organic carbon concerntration has a remarkable 7.9%, which is the highest the CUHK lab has seen from a sub-tropical vegetable farm.
