Farmer Applicant: Tsz Ho
Another grantee who is not a stranger to regenerative farming, farmer Tsz Ho has gained increasing awareness of the relationship between soil health and crop health over the years. At Lai Organic Farm, he has already implemented mulching, created his own nutrient enzymes, and applied compost. By joining this program, he aims to refine his practices to create a greater impact and learn more about nutrient cycling and how microbial life allows crops to absorb more nutrients.
Having engaged with the regenerative farming community, including our Regional Grantee recipient Farm SOILution, farmer Tsz Ho hopes to create the same positive results at Lai Organic Farm.
