Grassland Farm

Located in Mui Wo, Grassland Farm has always farmed with nature-friendly methods. Farmer Keung Gor has a strong experimental mindset, from trialing mulching to establishing his own food forest, he is determined to build resilience at his farm and provide consumers with healthy, nutritious produce. In the coming year, he will learn from our appointed advisor to fully implement regenerative practices.

Farmer Keung Gor is also a strong advocate for a native winter melon variety called Green-Skinned Winter Melon, as seen on his Instagram.
