Upon entering Eva’s farm, the fragrant scent of mulberry and osmanthus fills the air—it’s the perfect sign that spring has arrived! It’s no secret that Eva and her husband adore the fruits and trees on their land, making their farm one of the most biodiverse in our Restore Program. Many of the fruits they grow are perennial, meaning they don’t need to be replanted each cycle. This allows for minimal soil disturbance and improves the soil’s water-holding capacity, significantly reducing erosion. Biodiversity has always been at the heart of Eva’s farming philosophy, and her farm is truly a joy to experience. Curious just how many fruits she grows? Check out the glossary below!
